  • Condition: Certificate has not been generated or downloaded
  • Process: Full refund available with valid reason

After Certificate Generation

  • No Refunds: Once certificate is generated and made available for download
  • Reason: Digital certificate is considered "delivered" when generated
  • Exception: Technical errors in certificate content (we'll issue a corrected version)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Certificate has been generated and is available for download
  • Certificate has been downloaded by the user
  • More than 7 days have passed since payment
